How to buy, pay and use an electronic file?
Fulfillment of an order with an electronic file requires an advance payment to your account. Payment can be made by direct transfer to the account through fast online payments (PayPal, Credit Card).

How soon can I download the file?
The electronic file is available for download from the time of payment until two hours after the payment is credited.

I downloaded the file and can't open it, why?
If no default program is displayed in which to open the file, most likely there is no program installed on your device to open the file.
You can purchase an electronic file with the following format:
        PDF - a commonly used file format. You will open it on: computer, tablet or e-reader.

On what devices can I play the purchased file?
You can read any e-book you have purchased on a PC or Mac.
You can also upload books to any reader that supports Adobe security.
     
On how many devices can I use the purchased file?
You can use the file on any number of devices.

What is the delivery time for purchased items?
The standard time for printing on-demand and delivery to you is 7-14 business days, but it may be longer due to the volume of orders (usually it is 7 days after making the payment).
What is the time for returning goods?

According to the Law on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827 article 38), products
personalized are not returnable, as their personalization prevents further sale. All products on OUTSIDETHESYSTEM.SHOP are personalized products that the buyer wants to purchase on a "print on demand" basis.

Does the store handle complaints?

In the case of a legitimate complaint, we always offer to reprint the order first, giving customers the opportunity to receive the product as expected. If, after receiving the new product, the customer is still not satisfied with the quality and expects a refund, we assure that the refund will be made within 14 days of the re
complaint notification.
